Default RE: stupid question

Hey Thurlow, The Spur Gears are removed by unthreading the T-bolt that is threaded on the face of the spur gear. Maybe I should edit the CNC spur gear write-up to show that step in detail... oops. Anyway, you will insert an apporpiate size hex driver through to the cross hole of the t-bolt. With a second hex driver inserted in the cross hole on the opposite end of the same shaft, rotate counterclockwise the break loose the t-bolt. Finish unscrewing the t-bolt, and give the spur gear a firm tug. Once the spur gear is off you can pull the second gear clutch/External expanding clutch a firm tug, be sure not to drop the cross pin, that indexes the Clutch assembly to the main shaft. Thats it!! if you are still lost let me know, I will try to get some pics of the proceedure to edit the write-up

Hope this helps

Good luck

The t-bolt is the shaft at the end with two holes on it. Put a small hex key through it to turn it
