RE: Help Me!
The only thing I can think of is bring a #8 plug that U know works and compare it to what they have in stock. make sure the thread pitch is the same and all that happy stuff.

RE: Help Me!
One thing you will want to keep in mind is the heat of the plug, if you get one that is not comparable to the os#8 you will have problems starting and keeping it running... You will have to break in that engine since it has new piston and sleeve, it is now a new engine again
Here are some pics of my needles

You are using the wrong type of plug...Bigger engines require a medium to cold plug while smaller engines need a hotter plug. The OS#8 is a medium plug..your ploblem could be from using the wrong plug.

RE: Help Me!
Ah really?[] I just bought that plug. Is it possible that the fact that the fuel line running from the exhaust to the tank is a foot long( i had no other fuel lines so i took it off the revo.
but the os8 and a3 are hot/medium plugs [link]http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0091P?&P=SM&C=GME&V=OSM[/link]

RE: Help Me!
Yeah with an OS#08 you know its the right temp plug. Sorry you just went and got it, but..be patient.. Order more than 1 for later
The pressure line should not affect the idle as much as the plug and your low speed mixture. But the Pressure lne should only be as long as you need to get to the tank.
When you took out the valve did you reset all needles to factory settings??
EDIT ADDED: Good Find On That Pressure Line Article Never Saw That But Is In Line With My Thinking

RE: Help Me!
Ok then, you need to determine if the rough idle is from too much fuel or not enough.. Stalling is common with new engines that require break in.. Have you decided how you are going to breakin the engine, Heat Cycle or idle thru tanks??

RE: Help Me!
Haha, I just want to play with this thing. Wanting it all summer only to get it when there was a engine problem made me sad, hopefully this is the last problem i have with this thing.

Here are a couple of pages that may make picking a plug eaiser - or at least better to understand what plug to pick.
