Has anyone ever tryed this stuff in there center diff of a GST? Or anything?

I have heard of people using silly putty in their rear diffs.
Haven't tried it yet myself, but people say it works.
Plus, if you don't like it, just clean it out.

I've got a new tub of plumbers putty, never supposed to dry out. I don't remember if silly putty drys out, but I think it does.
