Another New kit will be available next week thanks to a generous contributor lending his beautiful mint condition kit. This new kit is the "Patricia"

Just finished the molds today. This is a beautiful plane.

Is there a chance that you have a MK Cosmos 60 bellypan? I purchased the plane years ago and it cane without one.

Well, there ya go. If David sends his to me I'll make the molds quickly and then you can get one. We'll see. Things should be getting back to normal now I just got home from the hospital and having hip surgery. Yeah! No more pain! Looking forward to making lots of Airplanes and doing a lot more flying now.

WIl
Thank you very much!

I already feel better than before. I was struggling with the pain 24/7 for the last couple of years.

Don,

sorry to hear about the hip woes. Always being in pain is pretty debilitating. I had a frozen shoulder for the better part of 8 months and sometimes the pain was knee buckling for an otherwise fairly stoic fellow.

But..., it sounds like you're on the mend! Speedy recovery and lay off the epoxy for a bit - doctors orders! ;-)

Default TIPORARE 825 Plus

I have started the mold on the Tipo 825 or Tipo Plus before my surgery and thought I might post a couple pictures while I'm laying in bed recovering from my surgery.
I'm feeling pretty good but the Doctor tells me to rest for a couple of weeks.
I may try do the second half real soon with the help of my Son real soon because I'm anxious to get it done.
But for now here's where we're at with it.

For those of you that have already ordered don't worry .........it won't be long and I'll be better than New!

Tipo 825 molds are all done and ready to go! I'll be shipping orders all week to those that have pre ordered this plane. Again I would like to thank all of those that have contributed planes and parts and also to those that have supported my efforts to keep all these great old Classic Pattern Planes Alive by purchasing my kits!

Default Announcement

I wanted to share some great news RcAiir is now a SIG DEALER and all their products are available from RcAiir. So when you're ordering one of our kits you can also pick up other items, wood glue, dope, covering materials, whatever you need from RcAiir now one stop shopping!

Another bit of news we also have had a complete line of Carbon Fiber wing and Stab tube made for us. Everything from stab tubes and sleeves to giant scale wing tubes and sleeves. All of our sleeves have been made for us with Carbon Fiber, much lighter than cardboard and resin sleeves or fiberglass sleeves!

We also have Custom hand selected contest Balsa and wing skins!

I have had hundreds of request for us to make a website to display all our products with pictures. Well we are working on it and your request will be answered hopefully by the end of the year.

There's some more great news for you guys but I'm waiting until it is in production so for now Happy flying!

Frequent Flyer,

It is truly fantastic the effort you are making providing the highest quality reproductions on some very special model airplanes. I look forward to getting a kit or three once I get thru my back log.

Doug I'm ready to do it the plugs are done.

I've also got in the shop or on their way to me the Curare, Utopia, MK Beetle, Super Septor, A couple new Arrows , Trouble Maker, Summit II, Summit III and a few that I can't think of at the moment. I just did the Tipo Plus and the Patricia.

I work every day on orders and molds as fast as I can. Unfortunately I can't tell you anything exact at the moment about when I will have the kit ready for sell. My schedule just seems to change day by day. It will be soon I hope by the end of the year.

I just bought three kits from Don and will go over to pick up my Sig contest balsa sheeting, sticks and stock for them too. Nice to have a one stop place for premium kit building. I bought the Arrow, Mach 1 (with clear canopy option) and Patricia. I think this makes six kits I've bought from RCAiir and they just get better. Don's technique of lay up is making them lighter too.
Thanks Don.

Just dragging this back up from last year. Any possibility the Pulsar will be on the list in the next few months?

I don't have a Pulsar to make a mold from. Does anyone have one they can send in?
