Signed Hanno Prettner Mystic on auction site
Hello All,
Going soon on the UK auction site.
I would not get time to fly it got the next 10 years. So will pass on it.
It looks like just the airframe, on good condition is supposedly signed by the legend himself.
Good luck.

RE: Signed Hanno Prettner Mystic on auction site
Hello all
It will be interesting to see how much it makes. I would have thought it would have been pretty expensive new.
I dont think classic pattern has got that much of following here, but did see a classic pattern ship from the late 70's at my local strip last week and it did look to fly very well.
I agree it would be a long way to collect for some of you, but where there's a will there is a way.

If I was the guy that developed the spell checker, I think I'd have hung myself after reading that auction description.

RE: Signed Hanno Prettner Mystic on auction site
Jari,
thanks for the info.
This auction is a bit of a misrepresentation. This is not Hanno's Mystic. It is a Mystic 90, probably an EZ ARF, which was signed by Hanno at some event - subtle difference.
As far as I know, Hanno never flew or built a Mystic 90. In F3A events in 1991 and 1993, Hanno flew a Mystic 120 and a Mystic 60, respectively. Neither one had the same scale as the smaller Mystic 90 depicted in the auction which is a 45 sized 2 stroke (90 4 stroke) model.
Nonetheless, a beautiful design!
David.
