Default Name This Plane

I recently purchased the pattern plane shown in the pictures below at a swap meet. It has a wingspan of 64” and the fuselage is 47 ½” long without the rudder. The wing area also calculates out to 600 sq. inches. I would estimate that the plane will end up weighing approximately 9 lbs. which would give the plane a wing loading of approximately 34.95 oz/sq. ft. The plane has not been finished. The seller told me that his brother built the plane. He did not know anything else about the plane. I would like to ask if someone might be able to help me identify this plane. I want to finish it and need to know about the dihedral & CG as well as any other important facts. The fuselage is fiberglass and it is scribed on both sides for the horizontal stabs. I do not know if I need to join the stab halves and cut out the fuselage or simply insert dowels thru the fuselage and attach the stabs. There are marks where this might work but I don’t know. The stabs are foam sheeted with balsa. The wings are foam sheeted with 1/32” ply. The builder did a great job on the wings. I am not sure about the tips on the stabs. I think that the tips are not correct.
Thanks to all.
Fred
