Curare & Aurora - what luck!
Scored a Curare and Aurora locally (I won't antagonize anyone with the low price)
The Curare is in pristine condition and Aurora will have to be recovered or reskined.
Both come with everything installed in it's original state.
Even the retracts are the original MK.
Worth the salvage on the Aurora. Really haven't seen one up close.
The Curare will go to a friend, as I have another to refurbish already.

RE: Curare & Aurora - what luck!
Wonder how any people have actually restored old patterns?
Have another Curare in the same state as the Aurora.
Used packing tape to clear the film but some adhesive and color will need a thinner and sand job.
Will post a pic soon.

RE: Curare & Aurora - what luck!
Here's the state of another Curare to refurbish. Ok, no comments about the Brazilian Air Force scheme. It's slightly further along now but, the adhesive and color from the coverings are still there. Planning to use a round of thinner and sand it.
