I was in contact with Rob from the Hobbybarn, who I spoke to on several occasions ( chasing my kits over the period of about a year) he seemed good to deal with and was waiting for a super curare and an Arrow kit to be built, but I think "new management" took over and turned the slow and sporadic production, to fully off. I'm still waiting for a shipping quote ( it's only been about 6 months now)

I got fed up waiting and bought a ARF Curare (Austrian kit)

Management is the source of all our small hobby business woes. A good manager can make a small business can flourish, absent that, the business is like a flower without water.

I remember when Hobby Barn would run 3 page ads in the magazines. I both a lot of planes from there. I thought Rob was going to make a real run at the shop, but I can only guess a better opportunity arose.
