I tried to find an exhaust flange gasket for my webra 50 and ended up just making one. it was easy...got thin gasket paper from auto part store and tapped lightly against surface to make impression then cut out carefully with #2 exacto and small punches for holes.

Just start to Google for it. You will get a few leads. I had to do the same for a Super Tigre G-90 crank. I think I got the last one NIP in N. America
You will find many parts so hopefully you have the part no. and start from there. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Steven,

Another option would be to trace the outline of the rear of the crankcase front and draw the circular holes for passage and bolts by simple measurement. Once you have the template, it can be re-drawn for symmetry in CAD and sent to the guy who sells gaskets on the auction site. I think he cuts them with a laser.

The good news is that the Webra Speed Champion (SE) and the Speed Racing (RE LS and SS) use the same gaskets so they are quite useful. Maybe the auction site guy will start selling engine gaskets in addition to exhaust ones.

Hey David, I did just that yesterday. I used acaliper and measuredd the hole dia, hole space, traced the outline of the rear cover, went into solid works , constructed a 3D model of the rear cover and transferred the hole location to the mode - simple an straight forward. Thanks

Steven
