Default WTB Dirty Birdy Glass Fuse

I have the Eureka Foam and Wood semii kit. The wings are sheeted and thought that it might be nice to see if I could find a glass fuse instead of the woody.
Any body producing the glass stuff ?

I ordered a glass fus, It wasn't cheap but glad to try and relive my youth. I recall my first DB cost $75 on sale. The supplied wood was hard as a rock and I made lots of mistakes as it was my first Foam and Glass plane.
this one is going together much better. and lighter.

I have one on hand for comparison. The ARF fuse is shorter than original. When I get an original shaped in hand I believe I will confirm my suspicions that the ARF is also not as rounded as the original.

Sparky-You won't be disappointed with your glass fuse from Don at RCAir. I got a Aurora 60 short kit from him and the quality is excellent! Ken

Is there a thread on his stuff some where on RCU? I'm looking forward to seeing the fuse I think it will be Thanksgiving before it makes it to me. Currently working on a Glass fuse that is one giant PIN HOLE.
Anybody have a cure for an epidemic of pin holes on a glass fuse.

Default RC air fuselage

I don't ever remember seeing one. He deals only through the email he sends you. Here is a picture of my Aurora 60 right after I opened it up. Maybe you can tell what kind of quality Don produces, by these pictures.
