Your pictures sure do bring back some memories.
I first joined a model airplane club when I was in the 6th grade.
That was in Greensboro, NC and the club was the Prop Twisters.
It was mostly free flight in those days.
Radio control back then was free flight with occasional interference.

Beautiful pictures! The guy with the Dirty Birdy has a big grin on his face. It's hard not to with those beautiful classic aircraft. In fact, it's impossible not to.
