Are you doing the .60 size colors or the .45 Unlimited scheme?

Hi,

Video of Hanno Prettner flying his Supra Fly 2500 at Reykjavik Air Show 1986, August 22:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjG4GLhrDcI

00:00 - 2:12 - interview with Hanno Prettner (in German)
8:05 - 11:36 - Hanno Prettner flying his Supra Fly 2500

Steve,
Did You finish Your Supra Fly 2500 and has it flown? Did You find the color scheme for underside of the plane? In the video it seems to be green on underside with white rectangles in middle of each wing half on underside with text "JR PROPO" in red color. In the German model magazine FMT nr 4 1989 there is a photo of underside of Prettner's Supra Fly 2500, see below.

Bo,

fantastic video! Thanks for posting.

I don't think I'd ever seen close up footage of Hanno at the sticks. It looks like he was using a JR Century VII at the time. My first "computer" radio (well, it really just had a bunch of nifty switches).

That Supra had phenomenal power. Hanno and his dad must have built them really very light.

Steve give us an update on yours!

Hi Steve,
sorry, I saw the 160 in a much earlier post. Good choice - much better power to weight! I have the plans for the S-F 2500 which will get built eventually. What is your final weight? Looking forward to hearing the flight report.
-Will
