Default "Pampered Pilots?"

My wife and her friends are really into this "home" business thing. They sell Home Interiors, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Jewelry, and a lot other girl stuff. These women will meet weekly in each others homes and spends hours gossiping over all the products then start a buying frenzy.

I was thinking, how about a "home" business that allows us modelers to sit around for hours, ohh and ahh about the latest RC gadgets, and then pull out our checkbooks and start buying.

I know, sounds like a club meeting, or we have "Louie" who has a hobby store out of his garage, but my wife says it's wasting time with the boys. I would like to retort by saying, "I have a Pampered Pilots meeting tonight" so bake some cookies, put on the coffee, and lets go clean the garage.

How about some names for a "home" base business for RC'ers?

I think it is a great idea. My wife sells Longabeger. She gets all of these "Samples" for her "business" and then goes and hangs out with her friends to sell the stuff.

All we need is a supplier and pyramid marketing set-up and we can do it. Take exhisting products - slap a new name on it - charge 4 times as much and Wham-o!! We are set!!

My wife is a Mary Kay lady.

Right now she's at the big convention in Dallas.

I don't need to go out with the boys...

It's so nice and peaceful right here at home!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

Don't count on MK sponsoring your RC efforts. But then who Knows? Richard is a really nice guy!! They might sponsor you if your like PINK airplanes! All kidding aside May Kay is a great company, but my opinion is very biased(I work for a company started by one of the sons of the founder of the company, so buy fuel, makeup(for your wives) cover your airplanes pink!!LOL

My wife went to a lingerie party last week and returned without buying anything. I asked her why she didnt buy something to wear for me, and her reply was "If I wanted to wear womans underwear I should have gone to the lingerie party myself."...Woman have no idea.
Yet she will go to a tupperware party and buy all sorts of useless plastic containers.
I wish I could go and meet up with my mates, eat pizza drink beer and buy all the latest rc gadgets. I certainly wouldn't come home with nothing.

I'm in! That works great. I get together with 3 of my flying buddies every wed night to play cards or watch a movie. Been doing it for years. It gives us a nice break mid week and always something to look forward to. I tell people it is a board meeting for my construction company and it can't be missed. Works pretty well. Would love to do the Kerry Fay RC sales meetings!

Now we're talking! I think Vicky would be up for the idea, since many of her models wear wings in the recent ads :spinnyeye !
