What happened to NESP?
Places an order online 10/10, got an order number by email. No parts, no updates, and have left two phone messages. Anybody know what is going on there?

I ordered from them once, and will never place another order. My experience was similar. The website said items were in stock, but in fact they were back-ordered. Attempting to contact them was nearly impossible.
