Default Sixteen Spitfires flying together

Hi All,

Don't know how widely circulated this clip has been. One of my mates in the Australian Spitfire Association just e-mailed me the link. If you love Spitfires and the sound of Merlins this is for you from the Battle of Britain celebrations at Duxford in the UK.

Hell, with that many Spitfires in the air, no wonder there were'nt any Stukas to be found... LOL

Cool, now I know where to hangout next time I go to Duxford. The flight line is always so crowded you cant get a good view. Must make sure my next trip home coincides with a show.

Crash,

Do you know of any two seat Spitfires (trainers?) still flying? I have a friend who would dearly love to buy a ride. Any possible contact will be pursued.

Thanks,

Bob

As far as I know, that is the only one so you'll need to book a flight to the UK first - but where else would you want to fly in a Spit?
