hi guys. i have built the penni free flight helicopter according to the plans. the only changes i have made is the landing skids are balsa, not bamboo, (i have added weight tho) and the motor stick reinforced after snapping it in half. i have also made the tail rotor out of paper, for easy pitch adjustments.


i am having a problem with it flipping over, and pulling itself straight to the ground.


what am i doing wrong?
