Default Carb Adjustment on old ASP 60

Hi Folks'
I need a little help, I have an old ASP 60 that keeps dying and I think it's the carb adjustment. It runs rich, so rich that oil is everywhere, but when I try to lean out the high speed adjustmentit quits. What are the proper settings for the low and high adjustments. If I can get a starting point to set the carb I might be able to make it run good again. This engine ran like a power house, and has been stored for a while. Thank you for your help Lou
