Sent money, didn't get item

In the marketplace I purchased an engine then sent payment using a postal money order. The seller sent me an email saying he had received the money and would ship the engine ASAP. It has been almost a month now and no engine and no response to my emails. First time since I started purchasing from modelers online that I have not had a happy transaction. Any ideas on my next step?
