Is anyone else having trouble getting the planes you purchased delivered from FLYINGTHINGZ.COM???

I ordered over a month ago, and still do not have the plane or a date when it will be shipped....

He keeps saying he is having trouble with this machine or that... bottom line, his communication is very sparse and he does not respond.

I would sure like to get the plane or my money back...

I ordered something last summer in the hopes of having a winter project. After some delay and some slight communication problems with Tony Diaz, owner of flyingthingz, I received my order. I made the mistake of letting it sit in my basement a couple months until it was time to start working on it. When I sat down ready to build, I saw it was missing the plywood pieces that were to have been laser cut, as well as a set of plans. I emailed Tony, and got a response within 24 hours that he must have been an oversight, and he would cut the plywood and get me out the plans the next day. That was over two weeks ago. Since then, nothing. He has not responded to any more emails or returned phone calls.

They should either take the website down and admit failure, or at least communicate with customers!
