I said it a couple of years ago and I will say it again. Ag planes are the new warbirds.
Look at that thing! Awesome is an understatement! Check out that undercarriage. The flaps. The wing and tail bracing. The canopy super structure. The nav lights. This is one super fine airplane.
I would be installing spray nozzles, a hopper, and those props that fan the spray and actually do some 'dusting' with this bird.

Here are some more pictures taken at the Horizon Hobbies booth.
Hangar 9 added an existing plane to their Bind-n-Fly family by introducing the Taylorcraft 26cc BNF. This plane comes with the Zenoah G26 installed, a Spektrum AR8000 receiver, a full compliment of Spektrum digital servos, and (according to Bill Bramble at the Horizon booth) can be ready to fly the same day you open the box! This plane is beautiful, and I'm happy to see a larger plane in the BNF family!
The 80cc Sukhoi SU-26mm is the smaller version of the SU-26mm 3.1 meter Sukhoi. Now, when I say smaller, it is, but it still requires an 80cc engine!!!
Hangar 9's Jackal was at the show, and this plane looks fast even when it is not moving! With the Evolution .60 nx in the nose and the gear pulled up, this is one HOT plane!
The Phoenix 7 is a new, recreation of the famous Don Lowe design. It features a fiberglass fuselage, plug-in wings, and it is also retract and tuned pipe ready!
The new Hangar 9 Corsair 50 is a great looking warbird. The blue and yellow go together well, and the Corsair is retract-ready for the new E-flite electric, rotating retracts. It also features a large hatch in front of the canopy for easy battery changes, should you go for electric power.
Another fast model at the booth was the Sundowner 36. The .36 size is a great addition to the Sundowner family, and is set up for electric and glow power options.
JR helicopters were very well represented at the Horizon Hobbies booth and their display was nice-looking.
E-flite had a lot of new planes on hand, starting with the Habu 32. It is larger and faster than the original, sporting a fiberglass fuselage, flaps, and is retract-ready. This is another plane that looks fast even when it is sitting still!!!
Seagull had two new Pilatus models, including the PC-6 and the PC-9. The PC-6 is a 1.20 sized plane, while the PC-9 is a .55 sized plane. Both of them looked really well built.
The Radian and P-47 were sitting with the other electric planed on the middle table of the Horizon Hobbies booth, and both looked very nice. The radian is your one stop purchase to get into flying a powered glider, while the P-47 is a classic warbird- except that this little Parzone 'Jug' is E-flite retract-ready, and flaps can be added very easily too!
I'll have more tomorrow- I'll try to keep adding every night until my pictures are all used! Good night and Happy Landings!

Hobbico had some other big news at the show this year- They are now distributing the Thunder Tiger line of helicopters, and they had some exciting new helis including a smaller 400 sized ship and two .90 sized- one electric and one nitro.
Futaba had two new radios on hand this year, the T6J entry-level radio, and the 'Super 8' T8FG which can now handle 14 channels Both of these radios looked nice- very much up to Futaba's strick standards!
New from Flyzone was the Fokker Dr.1- an ultra micro tri-plane! This little plane is "cute" as Art Pesch, of Hobbico, stated.
Great Planes had their new Yak-55 3D ARF on display as well- it requires an engine in the 50cc size. The Yak-55 looked really nice hanging up on the display.
O.S. was showing of their latest and greatest. They had a pair of new .91 sized heli engines, the new .95 four stroke (featuring the billet push rod tubes and individual valve covers), and the beautiful Sirius 7 Cylinder Radial- the radial is a work of art!
Tactic had their new 6 channel TTX600 transmitter on display- noy you can get a 6 channel 2.4 gHz radio for under $100.00!

One of the big announcements from Hitec were their new line of Brushless digital servos. Hitec says these servos will draw approximately 1/10 of the power of other digital servos, can be stalled out without causing damage to the servo, and are extremely quick! The motors for these servos are made by Castle Creations.
Hobby Lobby was at the show, and they had a lot of product for sale. It was hard to get good pictures of their booth, because it was always crowded with customers looking to buy something. Thank goodness Hobby Lobby had plenty of representative on hand to take care of the crowd!
Bisson Mufflers was in their usual spot at the show selling their custom mufflers. They always have plenty of mufflers on display for everyone to see.

Kondor Model Products (KMP) had several of their large scale models on display again this year, but also had some very small EDF jets, and really neat looking Wilga. Wilgas don't often get modeled, but this one looked good sitting on wheels and floats!
One of the new booths this year was Flash Glue- The were offering a full line of CA glues and accelerators. They looked very busy as I stopped to take pictures, so I didn't get a chance to speak with them.

Aeroworks was again at the show, and they had several new Quick Build (QB series) planes on display. They had a new 100cc Ultimate, a 50cc Edge 540, and a very large 100cc Yak-55. They also had a new 30cc Edge 540 and Extra 300, and the 50cc Sport Cub. I'm not quite sure how, but I failed to get a picture of the new 100cc Sport Cub. That one is HUGE!!!

There were many vendor booths at the show selling product or advertising for a specific event.
Warbirds over Delaware, Smart Fly, JT Servo Extensions and ZAP Adhesive were all well represented, along with Robart's large Display, and Ziroli's Large scale plans were all on hand for people to see.

Well, that's it for now. I have more pictures, but I'm saving them for the Toledo article that Minnflyer, RCKen, and I are putting together.
If there's anything you didn't see, just ask- I may have a picture of what your looking for!
