Cox Battery Starter
Hello,
Does anyone know where to get a Glow plug Inginiter for a Coc .49.Though the wonder of Ebay I have a little cox in almost new condition.I know nothing about the things.I found out that one can only use 1.5 volts because more will blow the plug.I don't have anything like this.
Thankyou

Although having the clips that are designed to be used with the "Cox style" glow-head is nice... you don't have to use those specifically to start your engine. Just use some micro aligator-clips. One on the "center" of the head(carefully placed of course).. and one on an engine bolt... using only a 1.5v power source... you don't want to blow your glow head..thier getting harder and harder to find.
The clip is nice.. and one will last a lifetime.. once you get a new one..put it in your flightbox and keep it forever..you never know when you might need it.
