Hi NOAM ,

In this case , , what you need to do here is to find out the advertised flying weight of the H-9 Jackal , and see if the gear your looking at are rated for that weight . Now , the HK link you linked says the gear can sustain a craft of 3.6 KG .... Now all ya gotta do is to go to H-9's site , go to the specifications page of the Jackal , and see if its under that 3.6 KG figure ..... If its lighter , you will not be exceding the advertised weight the gear is rated for , so they should work , as long as there are no manufacturing defects . Now , If the plane IS too heavy for them , you'll need to choose a stronger set of gear , from whoever your favorite supplier is . Some suppliers may stock different gear , at different prices , than others , so comparison shopping is always your best bet .... [8D]

EDIT ...... I just went to Horizon Hobby's "Hangar nine" page and looked up the specs of your plane . You are talking about the "H-9 Jackal 50 ARF" correct ??? Cause if so , the advertised flying weight is between 3.4 to 3.75 KG , so those gear that you saw at 3.6 KG limit are kinda on the very end of what may be acceptable , weight carrying wise .... If there are a set that goes to 4 KG , I'd be alot more confident of them holding up over time , , , , and this is a decision that is yours alone . Are you comfortable operating on the edge of a product's specifications , or would you like a bit more "margin for error" on the part of the gear ? ..........

I realize that money plays a huge part in component selection decisions , and only you know what your comfortable with , so thats where your decision rests .... Me ? , , I'd go for something a bit stronger , or with the reccomended H-9 gear .... May be pricier at initial purchase , but if a set of "just makes it" gear , ratings wise , fails , wont you then be loosing money , by ending up having to purchase a SECOND , replacement set of gear for the ones that failed ????

Best of Luck with your decision , and Happy Flying .....[8D]
