I doubt very seriously if even one person will stop dealing with Chief. They are one of the most respected full scale and RC dealers around. I have always had excellent service and support. I would think that a reasonable person who cared about his reputation would more quickly realize that maligning a reputable company would not serve you well. As for me, ill be taking your posts for what I think they're worth.

did anyone notice he edited his days on the original post??? He took the 3 1/2 weeks off LOL. But he didnt admit to lying. Plus he wont show the CC transaction just some numbers. LOL Merry Christmas

So I'll make my point here.
Remember the original purchase was for $900.60, plus $34 and change for shipping. However, I can clearly see 2, count them, 2 shipping charges on my cc statement!
Only 1 of which was ever refunded!
The funds have to be converted from Can. to U.S.

My original time frame may have been inaccurate. But the keeping of the second shipping charge (that should have never been in the first place) is what my gripe is about.
