Default Help Id This Plane Please !!! Someone

HI I AM ATTACHING (I HOPE) SOME PICTURES OF A PLANE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IT IS. I do know it says SKYLANE on it. Here are thedetails I have:

Wing Span 86" tapering from 10" down to 7"
Fusaluge 47"
Weight 13 lbs With nothing in it. Sheeted all around that's why it is so heavy

It has flaps and ailerons. It has a double firewall so it can be removed with engine intact (i geuss). Pictures are not loading (can you help?)

I can email 4 pictures that give a good look of the plane.

Looks like a TF 182 to me.

Seems to be just a tad big though.

Default Plane

Flyboy may be right on that plane, but if it`s a older plane Midwest used to put the samething out in the 70`s. It had a foam sheeted wing I believe.

Yea, the fuse is a bit short compared to the TF. It could be plans built, or didn't Pica put one out at one time too? Seems like there were a couple, but I can't think of who they were right at this moment.

Default Picca

I talked with Picca last year and they say no. If I could even find out what the cowl would even look like and some place to make one. That might even help. It is some thing I would like to get going. I tried a year or so ago before I knew about all this. I am really looking forward to it now.

It might be a Pica 182.

I had one, and it looks similar. I believe they made a 1/6 and a 1/5. I had the smaller one.

The one I had had two hardwood engine mounts that went to the second bulkhead and a plywood formed fuel tank box (not sure if this bigger one would have the sam construction, though).

It looks like a 172 to me.

The long extension on the front/bottom of the rudder gives it away.

I believe it is a 152..... engine cowl doesn't appear to be long enough to be a 172 or 182. Really bad angle to tell from.

The rear window looks right for a 152 as well.
