Default Can anyone ID this bipe?

Hi All,
I acquired this plane from an estate and have no clue of its origin, name or manufacturer. It has a 64 1/4 inch wingspan and is 60 inches in length. The cabanes are unique and hopefully one of you guys can recall its name. I received it in the condition you see it with the exception that I assembled it to take the pictures. It could have been a kit or a "ready to cover" plane. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mark

I think you're right, looks identical. There are a couple of pieces I can't figure out, i.e., where they go on the wings. Also, I have no idea how to connect the upper wing to the fuse. Will continue to search for the ISC Pitts manual. Thanks for your help!!

Well, I have searched for a couple hours, no help on a manual. I'd be willing to pay you for your help in getting me a cc of the manual, either hardcopy or e-mailed scans. Thanks for the offer.

Nice looking plane. My hubby would love it. Pity you don't know the origin...I'd love to store it away as a Christmas present for this year.

Thanks for the compliment, should be nice when done. Did you mean to send something along with your reply? Nothing came through.
Thanks,
Mark

So Sorry!

I think it goes along with getting old... (have to blame something)

Here's the link. http://www.flypau.com/html/challenger/challenger.html

That's an expensive model. You will find the Manual there also. Good Luck with that beauty!

Thank you for finding this!! I had been told it was an ISC plane, but the PAU looks identical. In any event, I'll be able to finish this without much trouble. Again, thanks.

If you scan the manual, you'll see a few differences like the wings are one piece out of the box, the fiberglass belly pan,

There are a couple of pieces I can't figure out, i.e., where they go on the wings. Also, I have no idea how to connect the upper wing to the fuse. Will continue to search for the ISC Pitts manual. Thanks for your help!!
Do you not have the aluminum pieces for the Cabanes?
