Default What model S.E.5a is this?

I picked this plane up recently from the son of the builder. The original builder passed away so after much agony he decided to part with a couple of his models. This is one of them. I need help identifying the maker if anybody should know. So here is what I do know. It is easily over 10 years old. It is a S.E.5a It has a 76" wingspan. All fiberglass fuselage. It won't help identify it but it has a beautiful Laser 150 4 stroke in it. Purrs nicer than any of the Saitos I have.

It's a Dave Boddington kit from England. Probably came from Proctor who used to sell them. I have one identical to the one in the picture. Proctor also handles the Laser engines.
Very high quality plane, original won English Scale Nationals. Only the cockpit section is fiberglass. Your missing the cowl which should cover the engine compartment.
Unfortunately the plane is no longer available. Mine won a Scale Masters regional contest 10 years ago with an OS 120 four stroke later replaced with a Saito 180 for more grunt.

Thank you very much for the response. I'm not sure what part you mean is missing? The motor is covered in pic number 3. Is there another piece missing? Do you still have yours? Happen to have any pics? This plane is covered in cloth and painted. I will be spending some time bringing it back to life

My mistake, I was only looking at the last picture.
