I don't think that would have made much difference in this case. This is a new landowner, who lives in Maryland I think, who knows nothing of us, and was not interested in knowing us. He kicked us out on day one (almost a year ago), refused any contact with us until now, and then plays this cruel joke. My understanding is that he is a billionaire....maybe this is what the extremely rich do for fun...We had a very good relationship with the previous owner for 20 years. We made the mistake of not getting a lease with him, but how much difference would that have made in the end?
