RE: machinist needed
It is a Kyosho Wild Cat pinion gear. I think they stopped making all parts for those in the late 80's. The picture has the rest of the info. It is a 12 tooth pinion as for the pitch I do not know? You might wanna look at the picture.

I traded my Wildcat collection to landjump.NET. I gave him a parts buggy as well, the one you were going to buy off of me. I am sure that he has a few extra pinion gears lying around. Go to the site and email him. He can hook you up. He also goes by the name 'hdcchrome' on RCU. They are the ones that I got all my parts from.

RE: machinist needed
You don't have enough measurements to accurately re-produce a "Bevel Spur Gear" You also need the tooth deep, angle of the bevel in degrees, the diametrical pitch, tooth shape (i.e. volute, ect..), and it would help the machinst to have the matching gear that it goes with to ensure that it matches properly. I'll tell ya right now from my experience that getting someone to "manufacture" this is gonna cost ya pretty penny, and you'll have to send them the gear if you can't get the accurate measurements.
