Just got finished reading why it wasn't put on this year. Too bad that it got cancelled. There were a lot of big name pilots that competed in that event every year. It's too bad that they couldn't have pulled in somebody else to run it.

Thanx for the clarification, Ken.
Finding an alternate sponsor in today's business environment would be a huge challenge, I assume.
The ETOC was a worthy event by itself, the Toledo show was icing on the cake!

After thinking it over, perhaps a larger RC vendor could help out with putting on this well-known and deserving event.
Props to TnT for hosting it lo these many years, but one or more of the sponsors (Hello, Champaign?) could step up with whatever is needed. This would be easy and provide a big PR bonus for a Tower or Horizon-size operation.
