My interes are raceboats.
I build rc boats ... i think 15 years from hanspeter rotschi, chris ton, hopf and hydro&marine.
I' looking for a new Projekt , an xcat.
Do you want to see pic's and videos ..... ?
But... i build just Electric boats.

Dirk, your English is just fine. It is plenty good enough for us to understand. Unfortunately, I am personally not interested in boats. BTW, I spent six years in Der Snee Eifels at Bitburg and Spangdhalem Air Bases while in the USAF. I noted a flying club at Wiclich not far from Spangdahlem but never had time to check them out. Good luck on your boats.

Thanks for the vids Dirk, very impressive, the V hulls handle the turns very differently to the other models.

I don't speak German but I understood your comment at 1:13 in the first vid.. LOL..

Spectacular Dirk. I remember seeing the Miss Bardahl hydroplane many years ago and the Miss Budweiser just a few years ago at lake Meade in Arizona. You have done a marvelous job of recreating the Miss Budweiser in scale. I am impressed by the speed and I imagine it must be difficult to handle a boat at those speeds/ Thank you for sharing the videos and please continue to post here. We are all RC and modeling enthusiasts here.

that was the last video, the ohter are test runs about the last winter and this year.
the litle mono ... it jump around the corners.. :-)

according to gps ~ 100-110 km/h ( 65 -68 mph )

at top speed corners that`s a bit under steering , but i think i must control the turnfin.
it spin around the nose ( it that correct ??? nosespin ??? n)
