I placed an online plans order with them last October and haven't received anything yet (my credit card has not been charged). I checked the status of my order on their website this evening and it is noted as on hold. An e-mail has been sent inquiring as to what the problem is.
In December of 2012 I mailed them a plans order with a check as payment. After several months I had not received the plans and the check had not been cashed, so I sent them an e-mail and received a reply that they would check into it. I never heard anything more and just assumed that my order had been lost in the mail. Who knows. I had never had any previous problems with ordering plans from them.
