New model airfield?

I saw this flying into Orlando a few times last week. It sure looks like a new field. It is located maybe 10 miles east of Sanford Florida.
Does any know the area?

yup, I'm SURE there was another thread about that field.. I believe it IS a model field...
I'll find the other thread and post here
