Default removing old paint and repaint?

Is there anything that will remove the old paint on the inside of the body without damaging the body? Don

is the fuselage fiberglass (epoxy or resin) or balsa or built-up and covered?
what type paint? (epoxy, latex, acrylic, dope ) ?

I suppose my next question would be 'why?'

Try automotive brake fluid on a sample piece.

It used to work on HO scale freight car bodies, so it should take paint off RC car bodies too.

If it's a clear shell that's painted on the inside, it might be Lexan plastic? I have used Castrol Super Clean, or Purple Power spray cleaner...
It doesn't always work, but most times it does...(you gotta really spray it on heavy and let it soak for a while...then scrub w/ an old tooth brush, or similar...might take several applications)
