Default anyone seen this full scale airplane parachuter midair yet?

I have no idea what this is about,other than it is obviously pieced together with separate still shots.

Wow! What was the parachutist doing so close to the runway ? He had one of those chutes that can maneuver easily unless he was inexperienced. The pilot was on the third T&G so both pilots should have known about each other and what was going on. Not much to the story yet.
