I've had better luck when I call them. If you haven't already, give that a shot.
As far as wing tubes go, TNT is the only place, that I'm aware of, that offers aluminum tubes and phenolic sockets.

Well, you can see if they charged your card yet or not by logging into your acct or calling your CC co.
I believe they charge the cards manually when the process the orders, they don't have a automated system,,, that way you'll know if they are alive or not.
I was planning on ordering soon too,, I'll give them a call Monday

Hats of to tnt...my wing tube was on the porch when I got home from work today. Only took 11 days and that's with crappy weather and bad roads plus the holiday season. It would have been nice to get a shipping e-mail though. . Next time I'm going with a cf tube. This one is quite heavy.
