Default Excellant Customer Service and Support

I recently purchased a new DX9 -I thought I had a issue this afternoon downloading a update to SD card. Could not figure it out and called Horizon Tech support and left a message-Really not expecting a reply until tomorrow. I was called back within 20 minutes and he walked me thru the process in about five minutes. Great Support even on a Sunday!!!!

Yep Horizon is really good about that. So just out of curiosity how many times did you have to weigh it and send pictures of it not working before they would help you?

+1 HH has some of the best customer service in the business.
RE your issue, The newer Spektrum systems have been shipping with bad SD cards.
the standard advice is "use a known working SD card"
Glad you got it worked out.

Your experience is better than mine. I have emailed Horizon twice in the last two weeks inquiring about an order and have yet to get an answer.
