1 = Goldberg Tiger 60. Great low wing trainer. Also good for getting into pattern competition. I flew mine for several years and it's the only one I never crashed.
2 = Tower Uproar. Very appropriately named. I fixed her the first time she crashed. The second time she got away from me though I couldn't even find her in the trees.

Click on My Models to see photos - I actually use that feature.

1) Goldberg Ultimate Biplane - 90 size. The finest Biplane ever made, with the YS-120 four stroke.

2) The Quickie 500. Snapped the wings on at least a few of these, and got better and better at building them strong. The hey day of quickie racing, with the Nelson motors.

This is an easy call for me. It would have to be a 20cc gas powered Great Planes 70" Revolver. Depending on set up, capable of pushing the abilities of the best flyers, or toned down for basic sport flying. Capable of the widest speed envelope of anything I've ever flown - from well into the triple digits to hold your breath tail wheel fist landings. Great looks, sturdy, and easy to handle/store/transport. What more can you ask for?

I would have to say, its a toss between my Midwest SuperHots, and my Midwest 27% Extra300... both kit-built by me, both excellent designs and fly very well.

No question, the .40 size Telemaster that I learned to fly with. And kudos to Dave Thomasson for teaching me. (Sadly, he passed away years ago). I once flew it in the midst of a storm....beat, beat, beat upwind, then ziiiiiiiiiingggg downwind. A real blast.

Hard to tell, there are so many great flying planes.

This season it's the Reactor Bipe with a 1.20 four stroke,
also very pleased with the newly maidened 'Geronimo', 2 meter version.

I agree on the Aeromaster; I've had both the original and Gp version. Flew them till they were so oil soaked and I had to retire them. Original: Veco 60; GP OS 90.

For me it's my Goldberg Eagle 63 with an old OS .40 FSR. I built mine in 1989 and still fly it today along with all my other aircraft. Although I recovered it last season and had its first crash earlier this year. I need to build it a new wing this winter.
