Any recommendations for removing fine scratches from Monocote? I’ve tried plastic polish and car wax.

If plastic polish doesn't work, the scratches are probably too deep to fix. It's not hard to put new covering on, so it's hardly worth it to go to a lot of trouble to do repairs like that.

They are fine like streaking. It’s not enough to recover. It’s black so it shows everything. I have a black car so I’m used to it.

If Meguiar's won't do it probably nothing will.

If we're talkin a fun flyer ARF , sure , I can have one recovered in about an hour .

If the guy has a scale model of just about any full scale airplane , not so much ........

Even with scale models, it's rare that the whole plane has damaged covering. So if it's just a wingtip or scraped turtle deck, that's not a big job.
