I've purchased a lot of bulk electronics from Bangood that I use for my Christmas display. The parts that I have ordered are used in conjunction with an Arduino controller and Vixen lighting controller software. The parts that I have purchased from Banggood were just as good as the equivalent parts purchased elsewhere here in the US, but for about 1/3 of the price. I can't speak for everything on their site, but that is my one experience with them.
