In Washington state there are two wonderful RC fields that I would put up against any other field in the USA.
The Red Apple Flyers field in Wenatchee has everything a person could want. A manicured perfect long grass runway with a parallel asphalt strip. Power at each table, concrete tables and starting pads, air conditioned restroom with showers, a split level clubhouse with full kitchen and an rv park with hookup.
The other field is kind of a secret. Weaver Field in Othello is fabulous. It's a privately owned field that is both a RC field and a small full scale facility.
The runway is very long and is kept immaculately irrigated and mowed. There is a hangar with kitchen and seperate shop. Plenty of space for rv's or tents and the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
