Anyone have any issues with Magnum RC? I ordered a pitts style muffler from them on 11-22-16. I received an e-mail with my order number stating they would let me know when it shipped. So far nothing else from them. I e-mailed them twice, and left a message on their voice mail, and nothing. My credit card has been billed. I hate to cancel the order, but I'm am beginning to lose my faith in them.

Anyone know how to contact them?

Well, no reply, no muffler. So I cancelled my order with my credit card.

I placed an order with Magnum RC Dec 10, 2016 for an eme 35cc and sadly, I have not heard a word from them about my order other than an auto reply stating that I would receive an email when my order has been shipped. I have called them many times, left a message on their answering machine, sent an email and I'm still waiting to hear from them

This just happened with a friend of mine. Placed an order for a EME 55 and several weeks went by with no communication.

these guys from what I can tell from reading other posts on other rc sites have a habit of not shipping product to customers that have paid for it.... in my books that pretty much as low as it gets in this hobby!! Beware and make sure you let all your flying buddies know, Magnum RC CROOKS!!

Well, my credit card company could not get hold of them either. So I will get my money back. I did business with Magnum RC several years ago, no problem. I heard that he is a one man show, but I don't know for sure.

I hope the guy is all right. I like to think he is not a rip off artist, but instead he just has personal issues.
