If a LiDAR output performance (point cloud) like this, does it suit for planes in the dark?

I checked his posting record. Three out of the 4 posts he has at this writing deal with this Lidar, whatever that is. The 4th was nonsense to try to get to 10 posts so he can post the URL.

Another "what the heck is he talking about" post I see. If it isn't someone wanting a manual rewritten until they understand it, it's someone posting gibberish that makes absolutely no sense to anyone but themselves...if that's even possible.
