on-line hobby store?
Any other good on-line stores other than Tower?? Been to quite a few, but none seem to match Tower selection, etc.... not that I'm happy with Tower right now.

How about your LHS
I get my stuff from the LHS. I take in the part # and price from Tower or Horizon and the manager matches the price plus I get another 10% club discount. I just picked up a JR 8103 FM for $425 out the door.

I am a firm believer in supporting your local hobby shop also. Most of the shops will match prices to stay competitive. But to survive, most shops will have to go to mail order as well.
iflyrc24, Where is hilliard in relation to Cinci? If you are ever in the Cinci area stop and check out my friends at Starfleet, very nice shop, and professional people running it.

I also believe in supporting the LHS. Unfortunately, I am looking for a trainer cord for the 9C. The LHS's around here don't have any. So, I looked to Tower. I had one on order for 2 months and then when I thought it was shipping, they told me they miscounted and it was b/o'd again.

Hawk!
That would be great! I need the trainer cord that has the new 9C square plug on one end, and the regular round DIN on the other. The part number is FUTM4420.
See this link: http://www.futaba-rc.com/radioaccys/futm4400.html.
Many thanks. You can e-mail me if you have it or put it on here. My e-mail is: [email protected]

As long as it works, it doesn't matter what brand. In fact, if I knew the wiring pattern I would have one made at a cable company I know of.
The little square/rectangle plug kind of throws a wrench in the works.
Thanks again.

Hilliard is on the west edge of Columbus outside of I270.
I will lookup Starfleet if I get down that way.
