I believe the board is referencing GMT (Grenwich Mean Time)

OK, lets look at time as a basis for your question. It is one week since the shuttle columbia crashed, it is one week before we go to war with Iraq, What time do you want it to be?

I want it to be 6 weeks since I won the lotto. Five minutes before I asked my second wife to marry me, and 1 year since we designed and built an automobile engine that run on used pampers, plactic bags, and other non degradeable garbage and told opec to have a nice day.
