Do you smell that...
Hello All,
The last few times I have gotten to go down into my shop, while working I noticed a strange (read bad) smell [:@] . It is my Elmers wood glue. My shop is part of the house so the temp is relatively constant and the glue is only about a year or so old. Anyone have a clue as to why my wood glue stinks? Thanks.

Elmers is water based. It will "spoil, and grow little stinkey things", (like a pond or an old coffee pot, or the glass you keep yo teeth in next to the bed), if you leave the top off.
If you don't have a dog, get a cat, you can always blame it on the cat.

cat's don't smell that much...
hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits; leave their cages alone for a while.. there's a smell to blame (they also will 'dispose of' most scrap balsa...)
I had a pet skunk once. that worked for ALL bad smells!! then again, you never smelt anything BUT the skunk!
