Default Instructions on "How to Teach"

What is the proper teaching progressions for teaching someone to fly RC aircraft ? In my area, I have several wanna-be RC pilots who would like for me to teach them to fly RC. I would use one of my aircraft- a PT-40. I have a buddy box system with it.

For those out there who teach already, what progressions do you look for when teaching a student ? How fast do you push them to learn new techniques ? What steps do you teach them, and what order do you follow. I consider myself to be a qualified pilot, been flying for 12 years. Currently flying warbirds, learjets of the prop design. Thanks in advance. Cary
