wacky span class bug fixed tonigh
I spent some more time on that wacky span class bug in the titles and emails and I think it is totally fixed now. If you see it again let me know though but I believe it is fixed up properly now.

Will that get rid of the yellow highlights and such when you are viewing search results? Sure hope so, that'll drive you buggy!

We certainly do appreciate your efforts. As a software developer, I know how easily bugs can creep in and how difficult it is to exterminate them!

It doesn't get rid of the yellow highlights. those are to help you find the keywords you were searching for. I left them in but can take them out. I wonder how many people like/dislike it? I thought they were somewhat helpful?

Well Marc it looks like they have me outnumbered so far. I find the yellow highlights a little distracting. That may just be me; my near vision isn't as good as it could be. Getting rid of the "span class" thing is a help though.
Thanks for your efforts keeping the site going.

RE: wacky span class bug fixed tonigh
redundant re's. that is when somebody replies to another persons reply and so on.
I can probably strip out extra RE's. Is this widespread problem or just isolated? I know the span class was all over the place so I had to mow that down. It was driving me nuts in those emails.

its the first i've seen, but i wish people would stop changing the topics name by putting a new subject, makes e-mails confusing.
ah well Marc, you solve one problem that just makes the next one on the list the new big problem
i never click the reply box in someones post so i don't create the problem myself, i also dont change subjects
hang on, i spoke too soon
