What did you change about the battery? If you went to a higher voltage maybe the motor drew more than 5 amps and burned it out.

Why don't you let the hobby shop trouble shoot the problem for you. They are the ones that sold the ESC
to you. Maybe it's the wrong size ESC for the motor, maybe it's the way you have it hooked up. Since they
(the hobby shop) can visually see what you have get them to fix it.

PROTECT YOUR ESC: The esc's cost 10 to 100 times as much as a mini auto fuse. I put mini fuses in series with one motor connection, and they add less than 1 gram of weight. I learned at the cost of a $50 esc and the hobby shop owner never mentioned it.

The servos still work because they are not a function of the ESC. The ESC (Electronic Speed Control) deals with motor, thats it. The ESC is plugged into the receiver not the receiver plugged into the ESC. The servos will continue to work as long as you don't blow up the battery. You have a motor problem, be it wiring, wrong size ESC, or some other problem. You don't say what kind of motor you have, new? used? damaged?. Don't get another ESC until you figure out what went wrong with the previous 2 ESC's.

There's 2 separate circuits in the ESC. The circuit for motor control and the circuit for the BEC system. Its easy to blow the ESC section without blowing the BEC section (which is just a voltage regulator)

You need to find out WHY you are burning the speed controls out...

one... might be factory defect. two...you need to be looking for something wrong with the motor. three and you're just wasting money.

Before you go any further, PUT A FUSE IN SERIES WITH THE MOTOR! Then try running the motor, directly from the batteries. Does it RUN? Like the others said, Your servos will work fine, even with a busted ESC.
Are you real sure all the wires are correctly connected. Screw up the battery connections, and PUFF There goes the EXC.
