Sheesh! I thought it was a call to grab the musket off the mantle and kick the bloody British out again.

March is the worst time for flying. Too little snow for skis, too much mud for wheels, ice is too thin to walk on and goes out too far to recover a float plane by skiff. The sun comes out and all these blinky, pale people walk all over what little snow is left, messing it up for runways. Mebbe what I needs is a hell-e-copter. . . ? Nahhhhh.

I been flying right along - get some skis!

The same is happening here... We've had 5 days in a row above freezing, and supposed to have at least 5 more.

I'm trying hard not to get too excited because I know who bad March can be in Minnesota

ROFL!!

The weather is moderating here as well. Grass strip is mucky, so we have to use the local airport. I hate asphalt.

Our exec team couldn't have planned a better day for our funfly! (First of the year I beleive!!)

this week-end!

If no flying, at least a few 'tall tales' around whatever pop is brought, and teh wood stove in the hut!

Montreal people, come to Brossair this Saturday!

LOL! You got 'em on upside down. Now that's confidence: an all white plane in overcast skies over snow!!

I love to take off and land on snow. It's my piddies that do all the complaining.
We need little enclosed and heated shacks like the ice-fishermen use, but with the holes on top for our antennas.
