Default Tower Hobbies...

Gents...
Recently had a bit of a ' Hiccupp..' with Tower.. I'd ordered a few bits..nothing much, weekly order type stuff , $60 odd. However they were 'Declined payment' by the Credit card people.... Tower asked for payment twice... declined again...then the order is automaticly cancelled...so im told
I aske my card people what was wrong, they investigated..." Nothing wrong with your account sir.. it's Towers problem....."
I phoned Tower ... " Payment is being refused Sir ...
After a couple more phone calls the order was secured, great , i had a $150 back order that i'd waited six weeks for coming up .didnt want to loose that.
I had confirmation yesterday the back order had been processed and despatched, yes there had been a problem @ Towers end ...
They Had deducted $25 from the bill, Ididnt ask for this ,nor did i expect it
As far as all my dealings with Tower are concerned , i have never known any company so dedicated to customer support , satisfaction And product supply... Dazzling..!

Must have had to do with the international shipment.
Interesting, I order from Tower as well. I wished they carried some of the H9 stuff. [:@]

Yes Tower Hobbies is great Hobby company - I too am an international customer and frequently order from Tower - They are a little careful with international orders due to the increase in credit card fraud.

I once received some damaged stuff and when I wrote to them, they immediately credited the amount of the damaged merchandise my account - no questions - no haggling

Only wish Tower carried more stuff for electric flight - brushless motors etc

Can't have everything I guess
